About six years ago, I rounded up my ten favorite recipes in each category that I have here on Brown Eyed Baker. Needless to say, I’ve made MANY more recipes since then! Over the last few years, I’ve periodically updated the lists so that they are always current with my favorites. In the depths of winter, I love keeping a stash of my favorite muffins in the freezer, so I thought now would be a good time to brush up this list for you!

These have been a favorite of mine for over 10 years. It’s one of the first recipes I started baking over and over again. They’re sweet and delicious – breakfast or dessert!
These blueberry muffins are loaded with fresh blueberries, have a fresh blueberry jam swirl throughout and are topped with sugar for a crunchy bite!

These remind me of the fabulous honey muffins that get thrown into the bread basket at one of my favorite restaurants. I love them slathered with sweetened butter.
These are basically like eating carrot cake for breakfast, minus the cream cheese frosting. Amazing!
Maybe my 2nd favorite muffin of all-time – a pumpkin muffin stuffed with cream cheese filling, and topped with an insane pecan streusel. Love!
These chocolate muffins have cocoa powder and dark chocolate in the batter, with chocolate chips added to the batter.
These zucchini-chocolate chip muffins are super quick, insanely moist, and a great way to use up the late summer zucchini bounty!
